With the beginning of winter upon us, please keep in mind our church closing policy. We value your safety! If you are concerned about driving in the severe weather, please stay home. In general, we will not cancel church unless there is a severe blizzard/snowstorm. Cancellations will be posted on the website and announced to local TV stations (recently stations have not been sharing all the cancellations that are reported to them). If you have questions, please call pastor.

Holy Week Begins

Join us as we observe Holy Week. Maundy Thursday worship at 6:30pm, April 16th, followed by Good Friday worship at 1:30 or 6:30pm on April 17th. The Resurrection of our Lord (Easter) is celebrated at 6:30 or 9:30am on Sunday, April 21. We remember and give thanks for the week that changed everything!

Lent Begins March 6

The season of Lent begins on March 6th with Ash Wednesday worship at 6:30pm. Throughout the season, we will gather for worship on Wednesday evenings at 6:30. Our theme is “Behold the Man” as we meditate on how Christ’s sacrifice redeems and transforms us. Messages will be shared by Pastor Mark and other pastors in the Green Bay Circuit. We continue with our regular worship services on Sunday at 8 am and 10:30am as we explore the Parables of Lent from Matthew’s Gospel.

New Sunday Morning Bible Study begins October 28

We will begin a new Bible study exploring the theology of Martin Luther and the Reformation and its effect on church and society. We will be watching the PBS special, Martin Luther, The Idea that changed the world, and exploring some of the Biblical passages that greatly influenced Luther and his colleagues. The study will be interesting for those who are familiar with the Reformation as well as those who are unfamiliar with the Bible. Please plan to join us for this six-week study which begins October 28 at 9:15am.
