Dear Friends in Christ, We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. Hebrews 6:19 These are very fluid and challenging times to follow Jesus. But we have the promise of Christ’s presence and the sure hope of everlasting life. It is the gospel that sustains us in times of trial.  Jesus Christ and his love for us are the same, yesterday, today, and tomorrow.We want to respond to the current pandemic with faith in Christ, using the reason that God has given us. All non-worship activities have been cancelled. This includes Sunday School, Bible Class, and fellowship events. At the current time, we will maintain our worship schedule though if you are in an at-risk category, ill, or concerned about attending, please stay at home! The season of Lent is a time to prepare our hearts for the celebration of Easter. Lent begins with Ash Wednesday (February 26) and concludes with our Holy Week observances. Join us for Lenten midweek worship on Wednesdays at 6:30pm as we follow our Lord to the cross and to the empty tomb!

With the beginning of winter upon us, please keep in mind our church closing policy. We value your safety! If you are concerned about driving in the severe weather, please stay home. In general, we will not cancel church unless there is a severe blizzard/snowstorm. Cancellations will be posted on the website and announced to local TV stations (recently stations have not been sharing all the cancellations that are reported to them). If you have questions, please call pastor.
